Panic does not help in times of distress but precaution and awareness helps. In this extraordinary situation that the world is going through where uncertainty is the new normal, self-discipline and a positive attitude will definitely go a long way.
We may not always have a good day but you can always face a bad day with a good attitude. A good attitude will gill give you power over your circumstances instead of your circumstances having power over you.
At this situation we remember GANDHI,
M.K. GANDHI was evicted from first class compartment on the night of 7 June 1893.
This incident changed the course of his life, instead of making him weaker and dejected he used it to empower him and took up the fight against racial oppression. His active non-violence started from that date.
This ongoing incident of coronavirus might change the course of our lives and SOLIDARITY might prevail. the crisis situation has made us realized that forgotten morals of life of kindness, benevolence, empathy and solidarity hold the utmost importance today.
In this situation I remember Entropy, the second law of thermodynamics which states the increasing disorder in the system. As such we must prepare ourselves to new challenges and use or available resources to make effective strategy and it is time to fight the situation with new, innovative and imaginative way ahead.
In this situation of distress and crisis it is worth mentioning the words of Dr. A.P.J ABDUL KALAM he had written:
In the “PATHWAYS TO GREATNESS” by Dr. A.P.J ABDUL KALAM says Economists all around the world have predicted that India will occupy pride of place in the world order by the year 2020. In the run-up to that land mark year, with the economic progress of the past few years behind us, we need to launch a major thrust to attain national prosperity. We need to work towards giving our future generations a competitive nation has the following characteristic:
A nation that is prosperous, healthy, secure, peaceful and happy.
A nation where the rural-urban divide has reduced to a thin line.
A nation where there is an equitable distribution of energy and quality water.
A nation where agriculture, industry and the service sector work in symphony, absorbing technology, thereby resulting in sustained wealth generation leading to a higher employment potential.
A nation where education is not denied to any meritorious candidates because of societal or economic discrimination.
A nation which is the best destination for the most talented scholars and scientists all over the world.
A nation where the best of health care is available to the entire population.
A nation where governments use the best of technologies to be responsive, transparent, easily accessible and simple in their rules, and thereby free of corruption.
A nation where poverty has been totally alleviated, illiteracy and crime against women are eradicated, and no one in society feels alienated.
A nation that is one of the best places to live in on Earth and brings smiles to a billion faces.
We need to come together for change.
