Terms And Conditions

​1. We suggest each and every traveler to carry his/her Id proof during the stay.

2. Package can be customized as per the customer’s requirements.

3. Check in & check out time is 12:00 noon as per Guest house policies. ( Early check in is subject to availability)

4. Meals timings must be followed as per the time of the Cafe. 

5. Extra cost may be applied for any additional event, live concerts.

6. The Transport services  are provided on additional rates. 

7. The customers will themselves be liable for any loss of property  from their end.

8. Final confirmation acceptance should be only written basis & no discount will be provided after the issuance of confirmation letter.

9. For any extra services availed by the customer, extra cost will be levied for the same.

Advance Booking Policy: 

• 50% of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package.

• We can also accept the booking at 25% of total package cost as a token amount if you confirm the desired package before 30 days of your travel date.   (Note: this policy is not applicable for baggages costing above INR 50,000/-)

• Remaining 50% of the package cost will be collected on arrival day.

• Customers must carry the issued confirmation letter on their trip as it contains important information like confirmed check-in dates, Cab details and service contact numbers.
