Partial Return will not be accepted. (All quantity of a product should be returned under the order).

In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window of 10 days. Returns are only accepted in following conditions.

Wrong Product – Wrong color/ size/ style

Wrong item delivered

Unsatisfactory Product – Inauthentic/ Low Quality/ Expired

Defective Product - Manufacturing defect or Non-functioning of the product (Not applicable, if the product is under Manufacturer’s Warranty)

Damaged Product – Physical damage/ Tampered product or Packaging Tampered

Products that are marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned. View the full list of non-returnable items.

Any product specific return conditions me be exist which may override above mentioned conditions. Please check product specific policy.

In case, the item is to be picked up from a different address, address can only be changed if pick up service is available at the new address.

Product should be correct/original and complete (with the original brand, article number, undetached MRP tag, product's original packaging, freebies and accessories)

The product should be in unused, undamaged and original condition without any stains, scratches, tears or holes and be in it original packing.

If order found not fulfilling any condition, Return request can be cancelled at any level.

In case product submitted for picked up and found not fulfilling the return policy, Return of such product back to customer is matter of subject and extra delivery charge may be applied.
